Do I need to install anything?
Not at all! InkDesk is entirely web-based. Access the portal with your smartphone, computer, or tablet browser. Our mobile app is coming soon!
How does communicating with clients work on InkDesk?
Unlike other tools which force clients to visit a link or sign up for a website to view their messages, we give you a personal email address and inbox. This allows you to give your clients a seamless and pleasant experience.
Does InkDesk work for studios?
Absolutely! We have a studio plan designed for shops that want to manage multiple artists within one organization. to learn more!
Can I import my client data into InkDesk?
Yes! We have an uploader for importing clients with a CSV file. The system can import their contact details along with any accompanying notes you may have.
How do I pay?
We accept payment via all major credit cards, PayPal, and Google Pay. You can conveniently enter or update your payment information within your account's billing page at any time.
Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely. Cancel any time from the account's billing page. Both free trial and paid accounts will remain active until the next scheduled billing period, at which point the account will terminate and you will not be charged.
