How much does InkDesk cost for tattoo artists?
It depends on your setup. For Solo artists, it's $35 on a monthly plan or $25 per month if you pay annually. For Studios, it's a $50 monthly base that includes the first artist, plus $15 per additional artist. If you go annual, the base is $500 per year and each additional artist is $150 per year. No matter the plan, you never pay per-booking fees.
Is there really a free trial with no credit card?
Yes. Start a 30-day free trial with full access to InkDesk. No credit card required. If you love it, pick a plan. If not, simply don’t subscribe — no charges, no hassle.
Does InkDesk charge per booking or transaction fees?
No. InkDesk is a flat monthly subscription with unlimited bookings and no per-booking fees. There are no platform fees on deposits either — InkDesk doesn't add its own fee on top. Only Stripe's standard processing fees apply.
Is InkDesk cheaper than “free” booking tools?
Often, yes. Some booking platforms add their own fee on top of every deposit, which adds up the more you book. With InkDesk you pay one flat monthly price and there are no platform fees on deposits — InkDesk doesn't add its own fee on top. Only Stripe's standard processing fees apply.
Does InkDesk add a fee to my clients' payments?
No. Unlike some booking platforms, InkDesk doesn't add its own fee on top of your clients' deposit payments — your clients pay exactly the deposit you set. Only Stripe's standard processing fees apply.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account. No long-term contracts. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then you’re done.
Can I switch between Solo and Studio later?
Yes. Start with Solo and upgrade to Studio when you add artists. Or downgrade if your studio shrinks. We’ll prorate the difference.
