What are custom tattoo booking forms?
Custom tattoo booking forms collect everything you need before you reply: the idea, reference photos, placement, size and any question you want to ask. Clients fill in the form once and send it. You get a complete request instead of a string of DMs, and it lands in its own client project, ready to quote.
Can I customize which fields appear on my booking form?
Yes. Add, remove and reorder questions, and mark the ones that must be answered. Questions can be short or long answers, single or multiple choice, dates, phone or WhatsApp numbers, or photo uploads. First name, last name and email are always included so you can reach the client.
Do clients need to create an account to submit?
No. Clients open your link, fill in the form and send it, with no account and no app to download. They upload their reference photos in the same step.
Can I add my own questions to the form?
Yes. Write any question in your own words and choose how clients answer it. You can also add text blocks that explain your process, pricing or rules before they send.
Can I bring my current booking form?
Yes. Paste a link to the form you use now, or upload an image or PDF of it, and InkDesk rebuilds it with your questions and wording. You can edit anything afterwards.
Can I have more than one booking form?
Yes. Make a form for each kind of booking, like custom pieces, flash or consults, and switch each one on or off. When you close your books, you can let your waitlist know.
What happens to spam and bot submissions?
Submissions that fail bot detection, and files that fail the virus scan, go to a Junk folder instead of your inbox. You can still look through Junk and move a real request back.
