What data is deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
- Account information — your email address, name, settings, and preferences
- Workspaces and subscriptions — all workspaces and subscriptions owned by your account
- Workspace data — all data within those workspaces, including bookings, appointments, clients, files, your public profile, and gallery
- Authentication credentials — passwords and two-factor authentication configuration
- Permissions — all associated access permissions
Important
Account deletion is permanent and immediate. There is no retention period and this action cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, none of the above data can be recovered.
